25% deposit will be required at time of booking.

Flights and transfers must be added to these costs. Cleaning and towel and linen changes are included in the weekly cost. The villa is cleaned once per week and towel and linen are changed twice per week. The swimming pools are cleaned daily.

There are emergency contact details and an office that will deal with any information, or queries you may have throughout your stay. A full information binder is provided for your use with the Villa, which contains all relevant details.
